"Low cost. Very quiet area. One should be mindful and not make too much noise. Perfect to get a good night rest. I did not need to get the host attention. If needed there is a tablet where you can communicate with host. Not sure the host's English language capability. The rooms were larger than central Tokyo area hotels. "Check-in" was completely hands-free, with all arrangements made in advance - when arriving on-site, you just use codes received previously via email. Building is a modernist concrete structure; room is "cozy" sized but had everything needed including a nice tub. "My family and I were so happy we decided to book this location. It is literally 10ft away from a 7/11 store to get any food or drinks necessary. Having the 7/11 be open 24hrs was really great as we were getting food at odd times because of jet lag in the first few days.
