"Let me start with this property is amazing. The property feels very traditional Japanese home. If you want to have an authentic Japanese experience don’t look further. This place is in a local neighborhood and is very calm and quiet. There are local restaurants near by. Transportation is good and close to Disneyland. One bus away from property."

"Clean, and silent at night. Beds were warm and comfortable. A couple of restaurants and combini shops are walkable, but the ride to Disney is about an hour by train or 35 minutes by car. Car rides are expensive in Japan. All appliances were functional and the shower always had hot water."

"まず初見、でか！！となりテンションがあがりました。玄関へ入ると綺麗なお部屋にお風呂も大きく、寝室も3つあり大人数で赤ちゃんがいてもストレスなく過ごすこともできました。 今回、両親の還暦祝いでディズニーへ行きましたがアクセスも車で10分と近く、寝室も別れていたので子供が途中で起きてしまってもぐっすり寝かさせてあげることができました。 ただ、部屋がめちゃくちゃ乾燥します。 加湿器があるといいなと思ってたところ、チェックアウトギリギリに2階の洗面台で加湿器らしきものを見つけました。もう少しわかりやすいところへ置いておいてほしかったです。 夏場は寝室２部屋にエアコンがなかったのできついかな、とは思いました。 また、お風呂の水圧が弱く少しだけ洗うのに時間がかかりました。でも湯船はジェットバスが使えたので疲れた体を癒すにはとてもよかったです。 キッチンもなんでも置いてあり大変助かりました。キッチンと階段のところにガードがスライドで出たので小さい子供が勝手に入らないようにできたのがとても助かりました。 また大人数でディズニー行く時には必ずこちらを利用させて頂きます。"

"A great property well located within 6-7 minutes walk to Kasai station, very modern and in a quiet location, close to local grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The property was a little small for 4 adults with luggage, however this seems to be quite typical for Japan. Overall we would stay here again and it was good value-for-money!"
