"We had an excellent stay at the Hotel Montecarlo. Location is perfect. Literally a minute walk from the hotel and you are in St Marks Square. Very close to the sights of Venice and the water bus stop is less than 10 minutes away. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. "What a fantastic little find. The staff are lovely and really hard working. We had a great welcome. The room was lovely with an unexpectedly great bathroom. The location is simply brilliant right by the rialto and St marks square. Really convenient and a buzzing area but quiet at night. Price was very reasonable too and it included breakfast. "This stay was amazing, though it should be noted that Arlecchino was closed down and the hotel booking was actually for Hotel Olympia next door. This was an AMAZING hotel, the staff (specifically Maria) were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was gorgeous and had canal views out the window. Location was right by the Piazzale Roma (transit) and great restaurants with easy walking access everywhere. Highly recommend!"
