"The room we booked was impossibly small and dated. Bathroom was small and worn. We upgraded and paid more for a suite which was newer and nice. It cost €50 more per night in Feb 2025 (off season) The photo I relied on showed a nice bed. Unfortunately that bed took up virtually the entire room. We barely could squeeze in our luggage."

"The staff were AMAZING!!! I accidently dropped something at the property and it had my name on it. They saved it for me and sent me an email as well. They were very attentive. And the place has an ice machine on each floor!!! The only hotel in Italy that we stayed at that did. AMAZING!"

"Very conveniently located across from the train station, and a 5-minute walk to the Airport Express bus. Friendly and efficient front desk staff. Basic gym, but good enough. Hair dryer broken, no hair conditioner in shower. Comfortable bed!"

"Easy walk from the train station. Lots of dining options nearby. Best part was that we had a junior suite on the Grand Canal. We had two balconies and it was magical watching the canal action. Bed was comfortable and we had two washrooms and a sitting area."
