"Great location, nice clean hotel. Room was spacious enough and clean. Staff were all brilliant - really good quality customer service. Only negative was that the dining area was too small to cope with a full hotel at breakfast time, so recommend going for breakfast at unpopular times otherwise you will have to wait for a table."

"Very well treated on arrival - one of us was recovering from surgery and not feeling great - we were treated with kindness and given a better room. The downside was the restaurant - slow service for dinner early in the evening and very poor quality hot food on the buffet at breakfast. Having said that we'll probably stay there again as the hotel is handy for city centre venues and usually has parking available."

"I like this hotel overall, but they have some things to work on. You can't see it from the road - if you don't already know it's there and where to find it, you never will. They have no drop off area for luggage - it's quite dangerous to try in the middle of the street, and parking is quite far. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are gorgeous and quiet, but there is a LOT of mold in the shower grout and caulking. It's really disgusting. And there is absolutely nowhere to hang a hand towel. The...

"Great comfy room. A nice size room. Amazing hot breakfast. Round the corner from Sophia gardens coach station. 10 to 15 mins walk into Cardiff centre. 10 mins walk to principality stadium. Only down side no lift but nice stairs Would definitely stay there again. We arrived in the rain but had a very warm welcome. All staff very nice No complaints "

"I was pleasantly surprised on my arrival. I was greeted warmly by the staff who were very helpful. My room was spotless with everything I needed for my stay. There was a good selection of food for breakfast with as much as you wanted. I would highly recommend this hotel."
