"Stayed here to be close to a friend, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Check in was smooth (we don’t speak Japanese so sometimes a worry!), the hotel is nearby public transport and convenient shopping, and all the amenities we required were readily available. Easy check-out and great staff. "

"Overall a good stay. Plenty of restaurants and train station within minutes walk from the hotel. Cleanliness however needs some improvement as there was mold spots in showers, dust build up on exhaust fans in showers, long hairs in my room when both myself and brother have very short hair. Other than that it was a great stay hence the 4 star."
