"According to the neighbor and the staffs, they opened April 2024 from previous old hotel with minor renovation. Very beautiful location and spacious property, but unfortunately the place needs improvement. 1 The carpet, specially, spa area smells as fungus. 2 So many steps are very dangerous for all people. "Everything was good enough. The AC for the building may not have been on. The AC in my room didn't blow could air. I opened the window, which let in a mosquito. But, the room cooled off after sunset. In the morning, my room was in the morning sun and was uncomfortably warm by 8am. "

"The location of the hotel is amazing, you cannot be closer to the Great Buddha, it is also a good experience to sleep in an old Japanese room. That said, you then understand why old Japanese houses are not worth much and Japanese people tend to prefer living in some modern less exotic dwellings. "We stayed at this hotel for 6 days. The location is excellent by the Shonan beach and the view from the room was very nice. More importantly, the hotel staff members are customer focused and make sure every customer feels special. I would stay at this hotel again when I visit Kamakura again in the future."

"I once stayed in a traditional Japanese hotel. but this feels more like a hostel. The rooms are very small and so is the shared spaces. This place is good for solo travel or a quick night stay. The things I enjoyed the most was the comfortable mattresses and the ability to drop my luggage off in the morning. "

"It was great. Wonderful, friendly and thoughtful staff. Front desk was great help with so many questions. It's nice that some staff did not speak English, and some did very well. One morning my daughter was exhausted and couldn't make breakfast. Without asking the chef packed her a special to go breakfast that was perfect and amazing. Arigato gozaimasu Kamakura WeBase.... The new beds and feather pillows were difficult for us to sleep on. Futon firmness and personal preferences. "

"I’ve stayed in over a dozen hotels and such during this trip. Guest House Irodori Kamakura is by far the best and most comfortable place I have been. The staff, the owner Bushisan, and the neighbors are amazing and friendly people. I will genuinely miss being here. It felt like being at home. "

The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3

"I stayed here for the night before an early flight home. The long corridor painted black was a bit odd and eerie, but everywhere was spotlessly clean and modern. I was on the premium floor and had star treatment from the staff, as well as a free drink voucher. My room was the ‘comfort’ option, so the smallest, but it was a perfect size with a lovely bath (and products!). I could watch the runway from the bathroom! The breakfast was very, very good - loads of different options so I had a good fill before I left. There’s an easy checkout screen if you’re in a hurry, and the hotel will take your bags before checkin so you can walk around unburdened. I also got in an hour early for ¥2000 which was really helpful for me!"

"The staff were very kind, I was able to check in my luggage early. They have free shuttles to the airport. After I checked out I was allowed to leave my luggage until it was time for my flight on the same day. Lots of options for breakfast as well and my 5 year old was provided with free breakfast ☺️ "

"My room was spacious and loved the view of the harbor and amusement park from the balcony. The changing colors of the Ferris wheel was mesmerizing but could easily close the curtains and black it out.. and not hear the excitement from the roller coaster which was fun. The soaking tub was perfect and spending two days here before leaving Japan was the best way to end two weeks exploring the country. The convenience of the attached mall and surrounding shops and noodles museum was great too. The staff was friendly and would definitely stay here again. "
