"It’s very convenient location, inside of the terminal. There are many restaurants & stores in the same terminal so that you can walk to all of these places. Also, it’s very quiet and safe."

"Very convenient for travelers flying out of Haneda airport. The front staff were very helpful. The room was small but the design was stylish and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was adequate and there was a convenience store across the street and several other dining options. There was a morning shuttle to the airport - which is just a short ride away. There is also a local train station within walking distance with easy access to the airport. I'd stay again."

"The location within Haneda Terminal 3 gives easy access to transportation lines. The hotel was clean, and it was nice having separate spa facilities for hotel guests. My only complaint for my stay was my room location. It seemed to be the farthest possible room from the elevators, making every outing a long walk. As mentioned earlier about being located close to transportation access points, it is still a lot of walking to get to/from the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel close to the check-in gates, this is not the hotel. But if you are looking for helpful and friendly staff, clean facilities, and access to great food, then this is where you need to be."

"Good: - Very clean, exceptional views of harbor with the curved windows. The other room with bay views and balcony was also quite nice! - right near Minatomirai metro station - super clean and upscale - concierge staff was helpful in making dinner reservations since we didn’t have a tel number It’s about a 15m walk to Sakuragicho station but there are 2 Pokémon manhole covers you can spot along the way which is fun! The bed was comfy and large (king), the tub was huge, and they are eco friendly!"
