"Excelente opción para estar en el corazón de la fiesta en Acapulco! Si no tienes broncas con las fiestas pues enfrente están varios antros. Aun parece que se encuentra en ruinas y en renovación… esperemos estén al 100 en breve y abran de nuevo su restaurante"

"Un lugar para dormir y bañarse...el transporte a la costera pasa justo enfrente y hay mucha opcion a comer muy barata el rededor Playas cerca y se siente relativamente seguro el area... no es un lugar para gente exigente es algo austero y se ve viejo ya el hotel pero limpian a diario...el agua huele mal y nunca me lave la boca con ella usaba agua potable de envase Lo usaba solo para llegar a dormir y bañarme asi que por el precio estuvo bien y no me qurjo"

"Nightmare hotel! We booked 2 nights and checked out the day after check-in!.. Old unmaintained building! Rooms are terrible, rusted out shower heads! Death trap elevators! Horrible pool! Pictures on hotel.com website are from god knows when!.. "

"Nice small apartments to stay a couple of days or more. After the hurricane Otis we should help local places so we decided to stay here. I would definitely go back. The only negative comment i can add is the water pressure is so low and they are not keeping the pool on working so it gets dirty easily. But I can imagine power and water is a huge issue for the region still."

"No tv service. Hot water was not always available. Bed is a boxspring. Air conditioner remote was broke. Oven/stove didn't work. Swimming pool area is not what advertise. I advise to pay the extra money it costs to stay at Emporio hotel, nearby."

"Very beautiful place, everything look so good, very clean, good shopping area, easy public transportation, too many food choices, we love the amazing pool; secury gay take very serious his position, make sure you have your parking permit ready, 😉 best choice we ever did, LOVE THIS VILLA, we will come back because Acapulco is always beautiful😍 Fabiola and her cleaning team, did a excellent job, cleaning our villa 3002 "THE BEST", thank you every one."

"Falta de higiene, me ospede tres días y dos noches y ningún día hicieron la limpieza. Aparte el muchacho que está en recepción hizo comentarios de acoso a mi mamá el Hotel está muy pésimo y falta de educación al de recepción."
