"I had a great stay at this hotel. It was cold in Chicago and the room was well heated, good cable tv, fridge and quiet. Any and every time I am in Chicago I stay at this hotel. Right next to Denny's and the gas station store is stocked with everything you could ever need. Plus close to the airport. I suggest it to all my convention and seminar convention goers. You cant beat the prices.. plus its a good bed in a safe area with all the amenities you need. Have a great day. "

"Staff is friendly throughout the hotel. Clean room with a great view of city. Fridge was cold. Shower had a strong hot water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Room temperature was easy to adjust. The hair dryer is surprisingly really good. There’s a chipotle connected to the hotel in the lobby. Only gripes is since the hotel is close to northwestern hospital campus there’s sirens of ambulances through the night. If you’re close to the elevators they can be loud. Elevator wait can be a bit long....

"Staff is very nice. Coffe was good but no cream for coffee unless you like sugar. Property is dated. Linens were stained. Needs serious updating and major deep cleaning. Local tv channels were intermittent. I didn't empty my garbage promptly and roaches came out. For the price it's great. Not all rooms are good. Don't move in until you thoroughly inspect your room. Cooking smell on 2nd and 3rd floor are unbearable in hallways. STAY ON 1ST FLOOR!"
