"It is a budget hotel so I didn't expect palatial decor but it was clean, staff very friendly and courteous, decent breakfast and well situated. The room is compact but has what you need, would have liked a kettle but note to self to pack one. The mattress was replaced at the end of last year and was very firm, pillows too. "

A kettle would have been preferable as I couldn’t make a cup of tea with the coffee machine, it appeared to be missing a part to allow for hot water.
