"Hotels.com failed to relay that I had booked 2 rooms. Only 1 room was reserved. Hotels.com did not let me know, luckily Holloway hotel noted the mistake and contacted me. They endeavoured to get me a room elsewhere and were very helpful."

I was in that city for a job interview, and because of this mess, I missed it. I was stuck outside for over nine hours before I finally had to book another hotel."
