"Lovely apartment clean and well layed out, but to have a microwave hob and oven I feel it should have pots and pans and cooking utensils. There is a tv mounted on the wall but no aerial lead so you could only get on demand programs. Coffee tea and sugar was provided. This is a new complex ( about a month old )and I understand that it’s still needs refining "

"Located above a petrol station, as a lone traveler felt slightly vulnerable entering the building given the location. However, once inside it was comfortable and clean and surprisingly quiet. "The staff had zero accountability. I arrived at 2 PM, but no one opened the door. I tried to find their contact details, but the phone number listed on their website was incorrect. I contacted Expedia, and even after more than three hours of trying, they couldn’t reach the hotel either. They completely ruined my day. I was in that city for a job interview, and because of this mess, I missed it. I was stuck outside for over nine hours before I finally had to book another hotel."

A slept in bed, dirty sheets, one towel, a vile shared bathroom, questionable communal areas, people loitering in hallways repeatedly trying bedroom doors, poor lighting, dirty and stained carpets and the area around the property is badly lit and seems generally unsafe.
