"Really good place to stay if you are a single person or a couple. Would want to be here with my children. Too much glass and buttons. The room lights kept switching on constantly between 1 am and 4 am. Told the front desk but didn't get anything back other than we'll check later. "

"Delivered on their promise of clean, basic accommodation within walking distance of the west end. Those expecting caviar dreams on a hotdog budget are out of luck. Good choice for a 2 (maybe) 3 nite stay close to the action. I felt comfortable and safe there my entire stay"

"Great as usual, the room is big and comfortable, clean and convenient for the East Croydon station. The only downside was that people next door were loud till early hours, not rowdy, just having loud arguments. Otherwise very good."

"This is not a 5-star hotel and the rooms are small, but we wanted to see London and didn't plan to lounge around in a hotel room. The staff was outstanding, friendly and went over the top to accommodate us and answer questions about the area and London in general. The room was clean, everything in working order, and the bed was comfortable. It's within walking distance to the Metro, a grocery store, and many restaurants. If we were to travel again to London, we would stay here again."

"The beds were comfortable, with everyone having their own storage space, as well as small shelf next to the beds. While it didnt bother me, there is an attached bar, and can get pretth loud. Transportation was easy to get to, and right next to borough market."

"Great bargain level type place, sort of Travelodge level, just you don’t get tea making in your room, it’s no problem for the staff, but you have to go to reception and ask them for a cuppa. All in all not bad"
