It is in a beautiful neighborhood within a 5 minute walk to Earl's Court Tube station; 5 minute walk to Kensington High Street; 5 minute walk to a Supermarket; 3 minute walk to a local pub. Easy to get anywhere in the city via public transport without the noise of being in the thick of everything.
