"The room was very clean and bathroom too. Comfortable and also a good size. We were expecting the room to be cleaned the next day - Boxing Day - but it wasn't. We didn't see anyone at all throughout our stay other the cleaner on the morning that we were checking out. Maybe because it wax Christmas Day and Boxing Day. "

I had many emails confirming booking and one of the phone numbers listed took me to an irate gentleman who had not been involved with the hotel for 2 years. Need to check that all numbers are valid. The room was very nicely furnished and presented but the blind was impossible to raise so no natural daylight available. "Ideally located for us as visiting family that live in Charlton Kings and didn’t want to stay in central Cheltenham where most hotels don’t have dedicated parking. The room however felt a bit dated and the mattress was very soft and uncomfortable. My husband resorted to sleeping on the floor for a couple hours the last morning. "
