I would recommend staying at The Bentley and I would stay there again for sure. The location is great, it looks like there were some updates/ remodeling happening but the hotel is still very clean and quiet. I am a clean freak so my standards for cleanliness are very high and my room was definitely nice and clean. Big thank you to the housekeeping staff! The best part about my stay was everyone working at the hotel was friendly and extremely accommodating. The entire staff there is awesome! Also, the location is really great!

Very loud much construction work at the hotel. Also, had a balcony room facing ocean drive and very loud at night with homeless people shouting in the early hours. Security not been to be seen during this time.

When we arrived for check in the property had a false fire alarm that shut down the entire system, we couldn’t even get out room keys, the fire alarms were going off and guest kept coming out of their rooms to find out what was going on, this was almost 1:30 am, would love a refund or credit for how long it took us to even check in in the first place

Right next to park along the beach. A nice efficiency kitchen in our room with a huge walk in closet. Water was very hot with a shower big enough for 2.

First problem we encounter was the Elevator it don’t have the second floor written on it and door staff at the front entrance doesn’t tell you that you have to push the L button to go on the second floor to check in, the elevator broke down the morning we was checking out so we had to take 3 floors of stairs down with our luggage’s, we almost missed our Lyft driver to the airport. Fire alarm went off 5am Sunday morning everyone had to evacuate and we wasn’t given any type of voucher to compensate their guests.
