"The hostel is located right at the base of Santa Cruz which made it super easy to grab the lanchas. My friend and I stayed in a private suite which was really nice and cozy. The grounds of the hostel itself are stunning and so relaxing! They host family-style dinner's every night which was so wholesome and was a great way to meet new people. The only cons I will say is that there's only wifi in the common spaces, and wifi doesn't reach the rooms. Other than that, I loved my stay! "

"It was great in the begining, they offer unlimited coffee (bad quality but unlimited). And they are very friendly. When paying time came, they took almost twice the price of my reservation and they didn't even give me any receipt. "

"This hotel was wonderful. The staff were so welcoming, breakfast was tasty. It was quiet and relaxing. A 7 minute walk to the main area / where you get off the boat and about a 3 minute walk to the closest restaurant. They have a boardwalk right into the lake which is nice for an evening drink. The room was clean and well stocked with a great view of the lake. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. "
