"I booked this reservation for a room with three single beds but we got one double and o single bed. It was kind of weird because two of us had to share the double bed. We wanted to share the room but not the bed. Since the room was booked for three people, I would assume there will be towels and blankets for three people. No! Had to ask for it. Why? Not sure 🤔 "

No momento do checkin falei que queria a NF das diárias, até o momento que sai não foi emitida, e nem deram retorno pelo número do whatsapp que me passaram. Outro ponto negativo, bastante cheiro de cigarro nos corredores do hotel, isso que tem placas de proibido fumar"
