Ar conditioning was not operational and there was no other room available. The staff didn’t fix it on time. Te bathroom was smelly and not totally cleaned by my arrival (the garbage can was full). The towels were old, although clean.

O quarto era bom, e o atendimento dos funcionários também. Solicitamos um colchão adicional para uma criança de 2 anos e o funcionário disse que não havia disponibilidade. Aquecimento da piscina coberta não estava funcionando no dia da estadia.
