I didn't feel comfortable in this hotel, the location was difficult to access, there was no option for a garage, and there were no blankets to spend the rainy nights.

I could give it 5 stars if it weren't for the treatment that the employees give to the guests, except those at the lobby bar are super nice the rest are horrible, treat it as if we were there for free. The food is very good, the location of the hotel is also great, only the renovation of the pool was bad. Hotel has very little activity, usually the all inclusive have

Hotel não tinha estacionamento suficiente para todos os hóspedes, justamente o fato que me fez optar pela hospedagem. Não há edredons, possuindo apenas cobertor que não é adequado para alérgicos. Serviço de quarto lento e mal realizado. Cama de casal é composta por duas de solteiro encostadas. Frigobar não estava ligado e com produtos dentro. Chuveiro demora muito a aquecer e não atinge uma temperatura adequada para épocas mais frias do ano.

O hotel é bom para quem está de passagem e precisa de uma ou no máximo duas noites. Fomos muitos bem recebidos, atendentes simpáticos e educados! Café da manhã excelente! O local era pequeno mas a reposição de comida era constante e sempre limpavam as mesas. Restaurante 24h com comida muito boa e bem servida, com serviço de quarto. Tem estacionamento, mas na frente do hotel da pra estacionar tbm tranquilamente. Quarto amplo, cama confortável da pra descansar, TV smart e Wi-Fi com bom sinal! Cobertor precisa precisa pedir na recepção. Ar condicionado ótimo. Banheiro bem regular, mas tava ok. Podia ser melhor. Impressão que deu é que limpeza é feita de maneira muito rápida. Chuveiro com água quente e havia itens de higiene pessoal. Longe do centro de Brasília. Como falei, hotel de 1 máximo 2 noites. Ótimo custo benefício.

O estacionamento é só rotativo, algo que pesquisei muito, e que era muito importante ter o estacionamento fixo, e com isso para não perdemos a vaga a noite, saimos de uber que gerou muito desgaste. A roupa de cama não é boa, os travesseiros são murchos. Não voltou novamente.
