"Welcoming hotel, clean, and with great breakfast included. The room doors (ours and others) need some adjusting! They are hard to open and so loud! I’m a good sleeper, but even I woke up multiple times from other guests entering and leaving their rooms. Very disturbing. Other than that, good value and we would return. "

"My wife and I loved staying here. It is a beautiful home with lovely decor and very nice neighbors. The aminties were very nice. Also we were only 20 or 30 minutes from some very nice beaches. The home was very nice and we are looking to come back again next year."

"Motel served it's purpose but that was about it. Beds were hard as rocks, may as well have slept on the floor. Found rat droppings under the beds. Had window AC that barely cooled the 300 sq ft room. Only opted to book due to how close in proximity to De Leon springs to be close enough to make it to the springs before capacity was hit on the 4th of July. If your looking for a comfy likely cleaner stay, this isn't it. "
