"Nice play to stay. Daytime front desk staff was awesome! Night time gal was not. I went to the front desk in the evening to ask a question; had to wait for the person to come to the desk. I must have interrupted her eating dinner since she came out with her mouth full of food and unpleasantly answered my question. "

"Motel served it's purpose but that was about it. Beds were hard as rocks, may as well have slept on the floor. Found rat droppings under the beds. Had window AC that barely cooled the 300 sq ft room. Only opted to book due to how close in proximity to De Leon springs to be close enough to make it to the springs before capacity was hit on the 4th of July. If your looking for a comfy likely cleaner stay, this isn't it. "

"Manager was very responsive. Check-in was easy. Good location, clean linens, adequate bath supplies, well stocked kitchen, enjoyed the screened porch. Only suggestions, but not affecting our stay, new window treatments and carpet would be nicer. Also furnishings are dated. But all was comfortable ."
