"Property was very clean, easy checkin and out. Property was as described, only minor negative was the lack of silverware, dishes and traditional coffee pot and holes under the fence if you bring a dog, wasn’t a issue for us as we did not leave her unattended outside. Updated property and furniture with plentiful seating "

The location could not be better...literally 3 minutes walking to the uncrowded beaches. A 15-minute walk into the town center gave options of needing a car or not to explore. "

And the dock is very spacious as well. I will definitely come back here with more family next time and rent the available pontoon boat. Loved, loved, loved this place! "

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It was also enormous, with a separate bathroom which was far bigger than expected.The pictures don't really do this place justice. "They house is in a great location. Woke up in the morning coffee on the patio and watched dolphins.Problem is the photos and descriptions are dated. Landscaping is a mess, have to step around a cactus to get to boat dock. need your shoes for dock as the wood is rotting badly. TV on patio, screen is burnt in the right with a line going straight through the screen also. Grill is rusted out and burners are falling off. Not safe in my opinion. Furniture very dated, not real comfortable. Refrigerator...

"Manager was very responsive. Check-in was easy. Good location, clean linens, adequate bath supplies, well stocked kitchen, enjoyed the screened porch. Only suggestions, but not affecting our stay, new window treatments and carpet would be nicer. Also furnishings are dated. But all was comfortable ."

"Cleanest and best set up vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Great location at the end of a private canal. Most places are very compacted and there was plenty of room for parking and friends. We will be renting again. "
