• Private full-size Pickleball court. The adjustable net system on the 60 x 40 concrete pad can be used for regulation Pickleball, mini tennis, or shuttle. The court will be ready for use end of June-2025.
• Heated saltwater pool, spa/hot tub included with your stay — perfect for relaxing evenings and gentle on sensitive skin
• Heat for pool (up to 82°F) available for a small additional fee. Heat for SPA/Hot tub is free.
• Private dock for fishing, crabbing, or launching kayaks and paddleboards (some gear included).
• Putting green in the front yard (clubs and balls provided)
• Expansive covered porches for lounging with a drink or enjoying meals outdoors

• This home is pet-free due to frequent guests with pet allergies. Please respect the no-pet policy. A $500/day fee applies to any violations.

While there’s no beach access directly across the street, public access is just a one-minute drive north at beautiful Varn Park. Pack the beach gear — you’re just moments away from surf, sun, and sand.
