"We loved our time at North Ocean Side, near the Palm Coast. The home was spotlessly clean and the kitchen very well-equipped with new appliances. The view of the ocean was enhanced by mature foliage which framed the ocean view from the living areas. Very important aesthetically. We enjoyed the beach chairs, plentiful beach towels, and surfing boards. The waves were wonderful and everyday we had the beach to ourselves! The layout in the main area was ideal and intelligently planned. We especially like the dining room table which could seat 10 easily, although we were only 6. Many places which can house 10 guests have very small dining tables. This was not the case here. We would definitely consider returning. "The house was clean with plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our family. The elevator for the 3 story house was a life saver. The beach was great and uncrowded, almost like a private beach. The hot tub is on an automated settings that does not come on until 5:30 PM and never gets to normal hot tub temperature. There is no way for renters to make adjustments. This was quite disapponting. The trail to the A1A through the palmettos is quite treacherous and the crossing signal on A1A wasn't working. The host was resonsive to our requests and questions, but used automated resonses, that often didn't make any sense. I would stay here again if they fixed the hot tub issues. "

"Great place for a quick beach getaway. Nothing fancy but it was more than big enough for our family to stay near the water. Down the road from restaurants, quiet area, good parking. "

"Communication about how to get in and where it was was excellent. The home was very clean when we got there. Bedroom description is wrong there are 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds and one bedroom with a queen and a double the rest are kings but we made it work. All the rooms are nice sizes and I think they all had tvs. There are plenty of bathrooms. All floors have sitting areas which was nice and the main area is plenty big for everyone to gather. Kitchen was nicely equipped. You are right on the beach and its a nice quiet beach. Plenty of parking but no garage parking. It took us an hour and a half from Orlando airport. All couples agreed we would no doubt rent again. I hate adding Cons because we really liked the house and would stay again but I read these reviews so I always like to add Cons just so people know - no beach chairs provided actually we found nothing beach related and the barbecue grill was a small coal burning grill and pretty much useless for a large group. If you like a soft pillow bring your own. This is not a house for people who struggle with stairs! You can enter and there is a kitchen and living room and 2 bedrooms on 1st floor however you will use the 2nd floor for gathering. "

"We had a great stay at Seaside Hideaway! While the weather wasn’t super cooperative with allowing us to hang out at the beach or on the patio, the views were still great and very relaxing. The house itself was remodeled with great taste and had pretty much everything our little family needed. We brought our two kids (4 and 1.5) and our dog (with approval). Our 4 year old loved the bunk room! We came about two weeks after Hurricane Milton, so there was some things that I’m assuming haven’t been addressed since the hurricane (part of the fence to the neighbor’s was down, the patio was a little messy with lots of sand and the cushions not super clean). But the inside of the house was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is the couches could use some TLC…white couches in a vacation rental is brave! A couple things that would make our stay a bit easier, or recommendations for other families with small children: the main shower does not have a removable shower head that would make washing the littles much easier. I knew there wasn’t a tub, which is fine, but a handheld shower head would have made shower time better. Also, the bunk room could use come curtains for the glass doors into the main room. Thankfully I noticed this before coming and brought our own travel black out curtains, so we could still hang out in the main room when the girls were in bed. Overall though, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommended this home!"
