I booked this hotel through Expedia by mistake. I thought it was close to where I was but when I got the confirmation it was 2 hrs away. I lost my home in the hurricane and immediately tried to cancel my reservation but they said it was policy that they couldn’t cancel. So I was billed $147 for a room I never used. I’m not happy. They had zero compassion. Expedia was no help either. It was a nightmare talking to these people. They were hard to understand and the manager offered me $25 as a courtesy. That’s bull.

Rooms are nothing like the web photos. Rooms are very dated and there was an odor throughout the hotel. The elevator was broken and the breakfast is very limited.
