"We stay here all the time. I'm used to seeing workers at the front desk. What happens if there's an incident that needs immediate attention? I'd rather notify a person that's on premises. Other than that it's not fancy but a good value. It's also close enough to places like Lagunitas and Brewster's. Cafe Bellini next door is good as well. "

"This was an overnight stay while visiting family, so we didn't utilize services, except the gym this morning before check-out. It was definitely a cut above most hotel exercise rooms. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The facility is great. It was an old twin factory renovated to a modern-day hotel. The exterior looks the same and they kept the original brick walls inside and out. Very quiet and close to downtown Petaluma. Rooms are moderate size, not cramped, and in great shape. Black-out...

"The location is great. We were very disappointed having been misled that breakfast was included. (Coffee in room was it). We also were looking forward to the hot tub. It was padlocked closed. Beds are comfortable. I strongly recommend changing the website so as to not to continue false advertising re: breakfast and hot tub. "
