"Staff at the property were well trained but the staff at the spa were not at the same level. Think it is not operated by Fairmont and it shows in the service and cleanliness. It is pretty expensive for a poor experience. People that came in after us decided to leave as it did not “meet the experience they were looking for” Restaurant food was excellent. "We were three couples visiting the wine region. The condo is very clean and beds are very comfortable. The large kitchen was perfect for preparing breakfast and meals. The resort itself is also well maintained we enjoyed relaxing in the pool and the hot tub. "
