The rooms need to be deep cleaned, there was a lot of mold and grime. The toilet room smells like a porta-potty 24/7, the AC does not work well and we woke up sweating multiple times a night. The bed had hair on it that was not ours and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. "

"Was a nice area to visit. Wish I had studied more of area. Would have stayed 2 nights instead of 1 had I known better. Very interesting area and hot springs hard to find as I speak nor read Japanese. But did enjoy the experience."
