"Very nice and courteous staff. They accommodated us after showing up with more people than what was listed in the reservation. And they were flexible with check out times given our hike down the volcano was slower than expected. She was hospitable and invited us in to sit on the couches (despite how grungy we were)! Owner was friendly and genuine really seemed interested in our welfare. Great place for hikers and people needing a place to lay your head in between adventures and get a hot shower...

"This is not a hotel. It’s a hostal. A little pricey given the condition of the place. It’s safe and just a few blocks from the airport. The staff friendliness balanced it out the whole experience. "
