Conveniently close to the airport. Staff was really friendly and room clean.
However, Expedia ad mention free airport shuttle which was not available to us. Windows in the room are made of several pieces on top of each other, which allow you to open them but they do not actually close all the way so the noise level is the exact same as if you were sleeping outside - beside a road and a airport…
This is a very good option for the price. It is very clean and well maintained and you get the feeling in a Guatemalan home. It is 5 blocks from the airport so you can walk there very easily. You need to input the name of the house (Casa 96) into Maps, rather than the address (it will show up another location much further away from the airport). I wish it had an extra blanket as were cold at night in January. You can skip breakfast. I recommend it to anyone who’s not looking for luxury and wants to stay close to the airport

The rooms were too small, convenient location, the breakfast gave me food poisoning.
Everything was great, except the employee offered to organize my taxi to the airport and lied about what the price would be. I suggest using uber and NOT allowing the hotel to organize your taxi. It will be overpriced.

For first time visit I felt safe at this property but the location was a bit loud during the night. Rooms were a bit on the smaller side but that was okay for us as we only stayed a night. "Home cooked" breakfast was made by the morning staff and was incredibly delicious.
This place is safe, clean, and conveniently located just minutes from the airport. The gentlemen who assisted us were incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and excellent service near the airport!
Close to the airport, comfortable bed, and great hospitality. I would recommend taking a taxi there especially if you have a lot of luggage or arriving past dusk
Great service. The morning manager helped arrange a cab for me, which was also cheaper and more convenient than Uber (which I find unreliable in Guatemala).
The location is close to the airport, but at night you need a cab, although it is expensive ($10) for a drive less than 2kg.
Looks nothing like the photos, rooms have tiled floors that are dirty. Shower was clogged and felt unclean. Bedding felt unclean. This is a hostel, not a hotel.

Homey,authentic Guatemalan stay.Close to airport.
Was a clean, pleasant, authentic Guatemalan stay. We just needed a bed to sleep as we arrived late by air and family picked us up in am. Wasn't easy getting a shuttle from the airport. Cost an extra $30US for the 4min ride, so, not so convenient being super close to airport. Room was noisy with people outside in adjacent driveway till 2am. Breakfast was good.
