"I love the view from my room. It overlooked the gondola parking area. This hotel was recently renovated, and only opened about a week ago. The building itself is very very old and historic, but the rooms were all brand new. The staff was all very accommodating. They gave me direction with a gracious attitude. A two minute walk to Saint Mark Square highly recommend"

"The reception staff communicated well with us the entire time before our arrival. There is a main building and then another where we stayed, and someone showed us to our room. The room was clean and spacious with a really nice bathroom. We would stay here again! "
