"Very clean and host was very friendly/helpful. It was a little difficult to find but the host was there when we arrived to show us where it was. Only gave 4 stars for neighborhood as it was under construction/renovations around the area. Once that is done, would definitely give it 5 stars! There was tea, coffee, dish/laundry and bath soaps as well as olive oil, balsamic, etc. to use which is always nice! If we ever return to Italy, we would definitely stay here."

"We found this vrbo because we needed a place off Venice proper where we could park a 9 passenger van & have transportation access. This VRBO was perfect for this! Parking in rear. "Property was as described,-lovely with plenty of space and everything you needed and exceptionally clean. Paride was very happy to help and accommodate any requests. Thoughtful food items left in the cupboards as well as a delicious tiramasu which didn't last long! Trains into venice pretty much ran on time which was great. "Comfortable and clean. Gated parking a plus. Owner friendly and helpful. Use of air conditioning cost extra but not a lot. Mosquitos a problem so could not open windows for ventilation. "We loved staying at this property – the hosts were so helpful in providing us with information and everything we needed. The property itself is about a 30 minute bus ride from Venice and the train station, and the bus stop is across the river some ways away so this unit might be best for a group with access to a car, which my friend and I did not have, but the hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating with this.
