"We visited September 2024…. The hosts were absolutely amazing.. we had a situation where we needed a place .. I contacted the owner on VRBO and he couldn’t have been kinder.. We were able to check in that night and stayed for a week.. the home is gorgeous, lots of extras with this house… the home had almost anything you would need.. beach chairs, pool floats , pool noodles, towels, and fishing poles.. we will definitely return to this home .. "

"Stay February of 2025. We've rented a few houses in Rotonda West, and this house by far one of the best houses we stayed at. The location was perfect, quiet and restful. The heated pool was perfect for us northerners. We had all the comforts of home. Vicky, our host, was a pleasure to work with and attended to our requests and issues in a timely manner. "The amount of hoarding in the house was insane. Something inside every drawer which makes me question the amount of cleaning done. The pool was insanely full of chemicals. Not a good amount. An amount where both my children couldn’t even open their eyes and got rashes on their bodies. Beds were super uncomfortable. There’s a paper left about bugs in the pool area and how it can’t be controlled. We’ll actually, there’s bugs in the screened in pool area because the screens are broken. So totally...

"We enjoyed our stay this house. The pictures and listing accurately reflect the house. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking your own meals including serving bowls, platters and baking pans; something not always present in rental homes. We found the owners and management company quick to respond to our inquiries. They made our family Christmas in this house particularly enjoyable; even supplying us with a Christmas tree. I would not hesitate to recommend this house ."

"When I looked online the front looked small and we Wondered. We were wrong! The house was plenty roomy for even 6. Nice beds, rooms, tv's and especially the Bathrooms, The Master bedroom and Bathroom were very nice and plenty of room. Good sixe Kitchen too and garage for our car. I would like that house agin but it is rented already for next Year. The Pool was clean and roomy with both shallow and deep ends. Good sized lanai. I have only one wish and that would be more lights in the Living room...
