"Our stay at Sublime was fabulous! We had 4 families total and the space was perfect! Communication with Lacey and Shallys was great. North Captiva is beautiful and we truly felt we could unplug and relax. The beaches are beautiful and not too crowded, we saw manatee, dolphins, and had fun shell hunting. We rented a boat for the week and had fun venturing out a bit to explore. Would highly recommend Sublime and North Captiva! "

"We are already planning a return trip. To be steps from the actual beach was such a gift. Down the way where there is public beach access, many vacationers paid charter boats to take them to our island. However, we could simply walk the beaches at our leisure on our own schedule. No need to hire and schedule an outing. We also didn't need to hire a fishing guide as many others do. We knew enough about fishing to acquire licenses and bring our own equipment and caught fish right off our shore and dock because it was a prime spot. The highlight was catching a shark! Our hosts were very, very good and made us feel comfortable. They communicated pertinent information and were available if ever needed. Our family enjoyed beach combing. We found conch, starfish, sea urchin, jelly fish, and ALL SORTS of shells. (We brought home an entire tote of shells!) There is even a shipwreck to check out. Our older kids enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding and all sorts of beach games like cornhole and volleyball. The beach was an enjoyable place to sit in the sun or under the shade of umbrellas. This vrbo home was our vacation and it was truly worth every penny."

"Beautiful house. Loved the location. I didn’t see in description had a second fridge or we would have ordered more food 1st time. We had small kids and bunk beds on the bottom floor was not ideal to leave them so parents had to sleep with them. Really no complaints. If it had a 4th bedroom with a queen I would definitely rent again"

"Captiva Island is a hidden gem, all sand roads, the most amazing sunrises and sunsets, such a great place to get away! Sandy Feet was amazing, such a beautiful house and beautifully appointed and stocked. We loved the game room, the pool, the outside grill area and the porch above the house. We had a few small issues with the golf carts, and the owners were amazing in getting them repaired and providing.replacements in the meantime. The property managers were top notch. Highly recommend for an awesome vacation."

"Fantastic home and wonderful stay. Any inquires we had were addressed pleasantly and quickly. The home is very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook or grill. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the deck pool daily. I plan on staying here again in the future. Highly recommend."

"Outside appearance, unkept ,stairs are not to code. They’re slanted forward and short ,dangerous. The the deck is roting : the first impression was the place is mismatched and old .kitchen stove and oven were so filthy I Couldn’t use them .no products to clean them. Half a sponge, floor was gritty. I vacuumed it myself Was filthy; Hair ,dirt ,sand . I also had to mop the floor because our feet were filthy from walking over it.first bathroom no towel rack no plug second bathroom no plug in sink master bedroom, Sleep Number bed did not work manager brought over batteries bed did not hold. Air did not inflate. The lanai was so dirty. We had to sweep it ourselves needs power washing The table and chairs are rusty to me. That’s dangerous washer room have to step up a large step short step to do your laundry very dangerous The folding tables were filthy very musty. It was downstairs in the storage room again we made this vacation work because our family had rented another cottage for a slight amount more than we paid for this one which had four bedrooms three bathrooms a pool. A hot tub was beautifully decorated and very clean I feel we should get a refund of some of our money. This wasn’t even as nice as a hotel."
