"The hotel staff is super friendly and very courteous. Checking process was easy. Room was clean, bed are comfortable. But bathroom needs a big renovation, are very old."

"The refrigerator, TV and lights were not plugged in on the right side of the room. The pillows are very small. Other than that the staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar staff was amazing. Very nice bar atmosphere.... "

"I booked this hotel, drove twelve miles out of my way and when I got there I was informed they had no rooms available. This was a nightmare! It caused me to find another room at a higher price and made for a terrible night and a horrible experience. I feel some compensation should be offered from your company to restore good faith in your company and services"

"This is a beautiful, contemporary cabin set at the end of a one lane gravel road at the top of a mountain. The views are wonderful. The cabin is very comfortable and the bed sleeps great! You have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It is very quiet and dark at night. I was able to photograph the Milky Way from the balcony of the cabin! If you want a quiet get away close to New River Gorge National Park, this is a great place to escape to."
