"You can here people upstairs above you. Kind of load. The room I had still had a stench of cigarettes in the carpet, I woke up coughing."

"The property vending machine didn't work, the ice machine in our hallway didn't work. the outside door was not locking, out room door had a plate falling off so we could not deadbolt it. They are remodeling some rooms, so I think they are working on fixing things. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired. Very basic."

"I booked this hotel, drove twelve miles out of my way and when I got there I was informed they had no rooms available. This was a nightmare! It caused me to find another room at a higher price and made for a terrible night and a horrible experience. I feel some compensation should be offered from your company to restore good faith in your company and services"

"This is the third unit we have stayed in and by far the best. Very clean and easy to check into. Everything we needed was there and very organized. First floor unit and close to the end of the building, so very easy to get the slopes with children. We will definitely be staying here again!"
