"I loved this property was perfect for our family holiday weekend. It felt as if I walked into a Hallmark movie. Everything was decorated. We were able to place our gifts under the tree and open them up in the morning when we rose just like Christmas. Loved the porch and being able to sit around the fire ! We had everything we needed ! "We traveled 4 hours to stay at this rental only to find out that the place was vacant and locked up tight. There has been no renovation and the host was unresponsive. There wasn't any furniture, no stove, no refridgerator, and there was trash around the place. We had no phone service and no place to stay. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, IT IS A SCAM!!!"

"We had 6 adults who enjoyed the very clean Flat Top Farmhouse. The surrounding area was beautiful and there was plenty to see and do. Pipestem Resort includes the Presidential Bunker Tour and if you haven't heard about it - it is worth the time to see it! In summary, we really enjoyed our stay in West Virginia."

"Everything was very nice and well organized. The only issue was that the water had a VERY strong sulphur smell which did lessen on the 2nd night and day. I’m pretty sure we were the first visitors in awhile and that is why it was so strong."

"The house is stocked with everything you need, if you want to make meals for family or if you’re just using it to have a place to stay while visiting the area. The fresh fruit and bottles of water in the fridge, the free pizza from the gas/grocery store next door, the shampoos/soap/toothpaste in the bathrooms were nice added touches of a welcome. Loved the area! "

"25 minutes from Blacksburg has everything you need for a great weekend get away for a football game, hiking and sightseeing! Mountain top views that allow you to see the Milky Way on a clear night with no noise from neighbors. This is a brand new, completely renovated property, very clean and the owner is extremely friendly and very easy to communicate with! "

"Syracuse volleyball parents hosted thanksgiving dinner for the team. The place was large enough for 27 people. The outdoor space and lower level provided enough activity for the girls before and after dinner. We had a great time! Thank you 😊"

"Really liked the property. There were only 2 of us but it would have been more fun with a group. Great outdoor sitting space. It was cold and lots of extra blankets around. If you forgot something it was there for you. The only negative and it is a personal preference is there are other homes around. No one bothered us, we didn’t even see anyone. I felt perfectly safe, just a preference. The hosts were great. Called me to give me some tips to get there. Very appreciated."

"The house was actually much better than the pictures gave it credit. The dryer did not work but the sellers informed us of issues with it prior to our arrival. All was great and we will visit again!"
