"Upon arrival everything went well besides the fact that (what I believe to be ) the owner came out to the front desk wearing sandals with no socks… that immediately lowered any expectations I had, we acquired the Jungle room. The jungle room was nice, I’d assume after reading the reviews, that the only good maintained clean rooms are the cave and jungle… "

"The owners did a good job of fixing up an older hotel with a Palm Springs vibe. There are some nice perks that make up for the room price like a breakfast coupon for a nearby restaurant, a complimentary beverage (beer, bottle of wine or soft drink) at check-in, bicycles, and a central coffee machine that makes a range of drinks. On-site parking was sufficient and the pool was heated and well-maintained. There are lots of sitting areas outside of the rooms. We would stay there again."
