"The property is as described and pictured. It has all the amenities for any length of stay. I enjoyed the hot tub on cool mornings and evenings. Wonderful view of the night sky. It is back 3 miles of dirt road with some soft sand at the last turn. Close enough to shopping and restaurants, and of course Joshua Tree, but you definitely have your own private piece of land during your stay. Clean, private, comfortable, and did I mention the hot tub?!? :)"

Everything that we needed was provided for us and my family had a great time walking down memory lane watching a few of the home's classic movies that are available to watch. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with every serving/cooking/kitchen item one might need. "Loved staying in a historic home. The décor was stunning. However due to its open concept & cement floors you hear everything. Was not happy that we were told after we booked that it would be a large amount of money a day to heat the very small pool which was not as clean as we would have liked. Also wished there had been more comfortable outdoor seating & interior shades for the house got really hot during the day & took a long time to cool."

"A beautiful home with kitschy details . The backyard was beautiful and the house was quiet. I contacted the property manager about some detergent and it was delivered to us in about an hour. The home was well stocked with necessities and some nice to haves as well. Would stay again."
