"This was the perfect place to stay right off the slopes of Big Bear Mountain! It was nice that the kids could walk out back and immediately hit the slopes and we could watch them whizz by from the back patio and even the warmth of the couch! The local property manager was so helpful upon our (early) arrival having the newly fallen snow removed right away from the driveway and walkway! We can't wait to go back!"

"This unit is decidedly unpretentious but perfectly adequate if you are on a budget. It's older and serviceable, but lacks some amenities that would have been handy. For one thing, there's no dishwasher, and there's only one sink. This makes it a bit of a challenge to do dishes, but not an insurmountable one. For another, there's no laundry facility in the unit, and no central facility within the complex. You have to go to a laundromat to do your laundry. This was actually the biggest drawback...

"I dont like leaving poor or mild reviews but need to be honest...Neighbors ruined our stay, we couldn't leave screen doors open because they were smoking weed 24/7 and all we smelled morning noon and night was weed.My husband said its like rooming with a skunk.. I know they cant control what the neighbors do but we wouldn't stay here again. "

"There’s plenty of paces to sleep. But 4 of the beds are twins, so I would not recommend those beds for adult males. The master has a king bed, and there is also a pullout upstairs. The kitchen desperately needs new pots and pans. Most of them I wouldn’t trust to cook in. The location is great."
