"This was a nice hotel for a quick overnight in St. Augustine for a concert. We didn’t want to have to drive back to Jacksonville Beach. The bed was a little hard-but nice and clean-and nice cool AC. Bathroom was clean as well. My boyfriend and I Enjoyed a quick cup of coffee made in the pot in the room. Always love having that! "Overall clean and the lobby area is bright and attractive. Elevator in the middle of the building was very noisy and had to be an irritant to those with rooms nearby. A huge parking lot that was mostly empty during our stay, so not really sure why we had to pay $20 per night for parking. It is walkable to the historic part of St. Augustine but a bit of a hike, particularly in 90 degree weather. The trolley station is nearby, though, so that is an option instead of walking. "

As others have mentioned, the carpets in the halls and the flooring in the elevator need to be replaced, but our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
