"I absolutely loved this place! The location was awesome and the restaurant food was phenomenal! I purchased several things at the gift shop, including a very nice outfit for my friend to wear to dinner. My only complaint is that the cleaning person could’ve done a better job in our room. "

"The breakfast included was satisfactory but the staff needs to replenish food items at a faster pace. Many time items will run out such as coffee, milk, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. The staff was nice and always brough the missing items but we should not have to ask. The location was convenient to the historical district and walkable. Poll and jacuzzi area are very nice and well mantained with pool towels provided. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Overall our experience at this hotel was exceptional in all aspects! Our family of 5(2 adults 3 kids ages 14-11-9) stayed 3 nights-4 days, very much appreciated the overall hospitality, great guest service staff especially Jon and Mike at front desk were both super friendly and professional throughout our stay! Valet parking attendants were also very helpful and friendly. Huge plus was easy Beach access plus the convenience of the golf cart shuttle down the street to Vilano beach entrance was key! Great local coffee and ice cream shop plus Publix grocery store steps away from hotel and some great local eateries all in walking distance were all great options. Breakfast buffet and upstairs patio restaurant on property were outstanding choices! Only 8-10 minutes drive over the bridge back into old town St. Augustine. We would not hesitate to stay at this Hyatt Place again. "
