"- This apartment was really nice, lived up to the expectations, extremely clean, new, and had good amenities. Check in was super smooth, instructions were clear. I would recommend for a short stay only. - A few downfalls - No staff service so no access to help if needed, number provided to call wasn’t registered. Housekeeper only there for a few hours. - Shower was perfect 1st few days, after that it wasn’t good - water wasn’t hot anymore. Housekeeper tried to fix but no luck. "

"We've had a fab time at Neptuno Suites .We would not rate it 2 star - it is easily 3 star .The apartment was lovely and spacious .The pool area was clean and tidy .The apartments were close to the beach shops and restaurants .We had a lovely relaxing break and would come back again ad recommend to family and friends "

"Nice friendly reception (though not too conversant in English). Really nice touch of a pair of welcome cava on first day and a whole bottle during christmas day! Spacious and well equipped pantry in apartment with nice balcony where you can chill and even wash items to dry. Apartment had abit of musty smell before we reached and had to be aired out - thereafter it was alright."
