"This villa was excellent. The photos are accurate. The location is great for seeing the island if you have a car. The pool is unheated but we still used it every day in February. The beds are comfortable. The villa was generously provisioned (loo paper, soap in kitchen and both bathrooms, washing liquid and conditioner, dozens of dishwasher tablets, beach towels, bath towels, lots of crockery and kitchen equipment).Getting into the villa was straightforward. "We enjoyed a lot of sun and even used the pool (mid-January), which is solar-heated to about 26C (it might take till lunch-time to heat up). The villa is lovely and high quality: bedroom suites with bathroom, updated furniture, many lounge possibilities, large TV with international channels (e.g. German TV), well equipped kitchen and a small welcome package with drinks and snacks. "Quiet location, exactly what we wanted. Loads of room us. I managed to block the toilet, called the contact and Jose was there in 1 hour and sorted it in 5 minutes, super service. We were given fresh eggs and bananas from his chickens and garden, lovely. Weather was a bit cool a few days ( we went in December )so Jose gave us heaters. I would suggest hiring a car as it is rural. Had a great time and would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet location. Hopefully going to book again next...
