"The villa was fantastic, and we all had a wonderful time. My only complaint was that the pool was absolutely filthy upon our arrival, with algae build-up around it. When we requested it be cleaned, we were told to wait four days until its designated cleaning day, meaning we didn’t feel comfortable using the pool at the start of our holiday.
