"Nice for pre-cruise stay. Was able to get checked into room in early morning after arriving in Miami. Only complaint was that the vending machine by the lobby was not working-staff refilled our water bottles as needed throughout stay through so it was a better/preferred option. Comfortable waiting area if waiting for room to be ready."

"Some of the online comments did worry me, but I book the hotel for 4 nights in December 2024 and we were absolutely happy. The location is excellent right at the beautiful beach and a bus stop in front of the building (bus #150 to the airport, trolley stop to South Beach). Some parts of the hotel were under construction but this did no bother us and our room had all the amenities we needed. We could use deckchairs and an umbrella for free and the hotel pool was open as well. The staff was very...
