"Everything was as listed, one recommendation would be to have a list of things about the condo, we didn't know you use the same code to get in the front gate that you would use for the ocean gate. Things like that would have been nice to know! First time in STX, we have been to STJ over 20 times and have rented villa and condo and always had a book with things to do, etc. "

"Shortly before departure date, was told “unexpected circumstances” had to checkout 3 days earlier than booked. Place was filthy scrubbed floor and washed shower curtain No internet owner said would send someone But never did. No coffee maker, electrical panel cover missing exploded live wires. Air conditioning unit in bedroom didn’t work then checkout was 11Am had cleaning person there at 7:30AM"

"This villa is super cute and well stocked and very close to the beach. Be sure to check out ziggys for Sunday brunch and Monday night dinner and live music. The sausage shack for brunch on Saturdays has bottomless bloody’s or mimosas. The pool is small but perfect temp to cool you off."

I really enjoyed lounging on the balcony enjoying the Caribbean breezes and strolling the lush grounds that were just spectacular! A hidden gem. The locals were warm, friendly and caring. "This condo is in a great east end location. It is just steps away from the pool, with no stairs at all. First time staying in Coakley and we loved it. Pool is nice, GOAT is a fantastic restaurant and so convenient having it right onsite (I know it does close for part of the year, so check that). Everything was in working order, comfortable beds and amazing view. Communication with the owner was great - timely and complete always. I highly recommend this unit."
