"Everything was as listed, one recommendation would be to have a list of things about the condo, we didn't know you use the same code to get in the front gate that you would use for the ocean gate. Things like that would have been nice to know! First time in STX, we have been to STJ over 20 times and have rented villa and condo and always had a book with things to do, etc. "

"Overall, it was a GREAT experience. We definitely are coming back. We met some locals who worked at the site. Because of our good spirits, they brought us fresh coconuts, guava, and bananas (finger rolls). The experience was second to none! Great experience and a GREAT trip! The sheers in the bedroom windows need either shades or black out curtains as the security lights in the parking lot make it too bright for sleeping well. Also a floor light in the living room and a dresser for putting non-hanging clothes in would be very helpful. The owner, was very responsive to any of our correspondence and helpful with the amenities in the surrounding area."

"The location was great, close to the water. Met a resident that gave us some great info on the place and surrounding area. Air conditioners were doing all they could in each room to keep it warm, had to use fan to cool kitchen area. Power went out twice on the same day, morning and evening. Things didn’t dry easily, towels stayed damp, but it worked out ok. We would definitely stay there again if visiting."
