"We booked a last minute room here as we were snowboarding at Palisades. 15 mins away with no traffic (about 25 in the traffic at 4-5pm). The room had a bedroom with a king bed and a sofa in the main room. It just fit my family of 5, but with 2 teens on the sofa pullout and my 9yo daughter in the king bed with us. "This was a good place to stay in Truckee. Close to the resorts. My only issue is the limited parking. It was incredibly stressful trying to secure one of the limited overnight parking spaces, especially on a just weekend. For only this reason, I would not come back. "

"For Check in after 4pm you just grab your envelope out of a mailbox. No room key just a code. Property right on the water beautiful views. Not modern but clean. Short walk to kings beach along the lake edge. Kitchen had everything you needed and Safeway across the street. "

"This property was great for our annual ski trip! We had four families stay this time and everyone had plenty of space to run around, enjoy some bonding time together and also have their own rooms for the evening. It was conveniently located. The managers were very nice and communicative. The instructions were easy to follow. I would highly recommend this property and we will try to book for future trips."
