"Please be aware this is self service and if pub is not open this was challenging. My e-mail/text arrived after I had completed my stay. Contact was difficult and the Indian takeaway opposite was a great help to gain access. This was a shame as the room was excellent. Internet and TV didn't work but that was the storm weekend. So, possibly a reason. Poor phone signal throughout Llangollen anyway."

"Our stay was amazing we took the grandchildren as we went to Reindeer lodge on the Saturday. The hostess left everything you might need and the horse came across to see us every day which the girls loved. There was only one fault which didn't affect our stay one of the keys to the french window didnt work and i forgot to let them know as it wasnt a problem because we just used the front door .We would definitely come back here again. "We had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. We really enjoyed our stay. "
